5. Relationship Between Users

SG Room Rent Dev is a neutral platform. We are not a party to any rental agreement or transaction between tenants and landlords. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of any listings or user communications. Any arrangements made between users are strictly at their own risk.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data in compliance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

7. Intellectual Property

  • All rights, title, and interest in the Service (excluding user-generated content) are owned by SG Room Rent Dev.

  • SG Room Rent Dev shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • SG Room Rent Dev does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user-generated content, listings, or communications.
  • SG Room Rent Dev does not provide any payment processing or transaction services. All rental transactions, payments, or agreements occur outside of the Service and are strictly between users. SG Room Rent Dev is not responsible for any loss, damage, scam, or dispute resulting from such transactions.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SG Room Rent Dev, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to your account and related services if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause legal liability. Note that public browsing of the website does not require an account and is not subject to suspension.
